Return and exchange policy
- All merchandise can be returned or exchanged if the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been used, attached to the original card.
- In the case of purchasing from the boutique, the boutique will be returned to the boutique within 12 hours, and in the case of online purchase at the time of receiving the dress, the Gauns Store will be notified via WhatsApp of the decision to return, and then the dress will be shipped in time by the shipping company, and the customer will bear the shipping costs. The goods are shipped to us within 12 hours maximum from receiving it, otherwise the goods will not be accepted.
- If the product is found to be damaged, traces of use or no product card attached, the Gauns Store apologizes for returning the amount in cash, and we will return the dress to the customer. If the product is intact and in its original condition, refunds will be made according to the payment method available to the Gauns Store. We have the right to refuse to return the value of the product or exchange it if it is not in a condition that allows us to resell it again.
- Wedding dresses and dresses of size 46 and above, or small sizes 32 or less that are sold by order, are excluded from the previous conditions and exchange and return are not allowed for any dress that is specifically provided to the customer and is not available in the store.
